You will assess customer needs, resolve deductions, and protect AR integrity by applying SAP-based coding and reason codes while producing ad-hoc reports to identify trends and root causes.
You will collaborate with sales and customers to review aging, unallocated cash, and open credits, while managing credit risk and escalations.
