Key Responsibilities The Associate, Financial Reporting is responsible for bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and producing financial reports for ultra-high net worth individuals. This role requires a strong command of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, client-ready deliverables.
This position will report directly to the Managing Director, Head of Financial Reporting.
Bookkeeping & General Ledger Accounting Perform bookkeeping for family entities, which may include individuals or other related entities within Quick Books Maintain client general ledgers, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and cost allocations across multiple entities
Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective entries
Financial Reporting Generate client reports using Quick Books for monthly, quarterly, and annual client deliverables
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and supporting schedules
Reconciliations & Cash Reporting Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of the financial records
Support cash management reporting, including sources and uses of cash for family members and related entities
Support financial operations related to residential holdings and acquisitions, including recording of related transactions
