Location
Chicago, IL (Accenture Building) – 100% Onsite
Pay$90,000–$130,000 annually + 5% bonus
SummaryWe are seeking a hands‑on Senior Financial Analyst to support FP&A initiatives, drive financial performance, and partner with business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Revenue Management. This role is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to make a direct impact while gaining high visibility and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Own and analyze P&L performance, forecasts, and variance reporting
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Identify margin improvement and cost savings opportunities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance initiatives
- Build financial models and reports using advanced Excel
- Deliver actionable analysis to support strategic business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Strong P&L analysis and operational finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and business partnering abilitiesCPG industry experience preferred
- Exposure to AI or finance automation tools is a plus
- High‑visibility role with exposure to executive leadership
