Responsibilities
- Strategic financial partner for the STO AIML and DHS teams
- Full cost ownership for AIML and DHS accountabilities ($110M annual spend)
- Responsible for accurate long-term plans, budgets, forecasts, and actuals
- Drive controllership throughout the operating team
- Provide financial analysis, insight, and expertise in support of business decisions
- Develop and manage Return on Investment & Intrinsic Cost Productivity processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or related
- 7 years financial work experience
- Proven communication skills across multiple levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and communicate in a global team environment
- Experience with financial systems/applications, strong Excel skills
