• Analyze customer accounts to assess credit risk and determine appropriate credit limits
• Make collection calls and communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances
• Process and apply payments while reconciling discrepancies
• Generate reports and utilize credit data to support decision‑making
• Gather and maintain documentation related to disputes and unpaid invoices
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date credit history files for customer accounts

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3+ years of collections experience
• Experience with Oracle is a plus
