• Operate Opex and high-speed scanning equipment to process lockbox transactions, remittance documents, and customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Perform document extraction, scanning, imaging, and retention of customer/client documents received through USPS mail, overnight deliveries, and local courier services.
• Identify and resolve transaction exceptions, cash items, credit card payments, foreign items, and equipment error messages while escalating issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures, quality standards, and internal financial controls in a high-volume production environment.

• Ability to process transactions accurately by following documented procedures and established operational guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and processing errors.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, learn new processes quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Receptive to coaching and feedback, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team while sitting for extended periods.

• Pay: $18.31 per hour
• Shift: Friday – Tuesday; 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Some overtime required)
• Assignment Length: 12 Months
