Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis:
Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability for the Wealth Management business units. - Budgeting and Forecasting:
Coordinate and consolidate annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term financial plans. - Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Business Support:
Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders to aid in strategic planning and decision‑making. - Expense Management:
Analyze expense structures and identify opportunities for expense optimization and efficiency improvements. - Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that influence business strategies. - Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. - Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or a relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. - Experience:
Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the financial services industry. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Microsoft Suite). - Analytical
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
We offer a hybrid work arrangement with 2–3 days per week on‑site and the remaining days remote, allowing flexibility to manage your work activities.
Compensation, Incentives, and BenefitsExpected salary range: $95,000 – $115,000 based on experience, qualifications, and location. Eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
