FP&A Manager

We're looking for an FP&A Manager to take ownership over a client's budgeting and forecasting function as the business scales. You'll be the financial engine behind their planning cycles — building models, surfacing insights, and keeping leadership grounded in the numbers. You'll manage a small team (1–3 analysts) and report directly to the head of finance.

This is a high-visibility role at a CPG company that’s growing quickly.

• Lead the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast cycles across the P&L
• Build and maintain financial models that track performance against plan across revenue, COGS, and operating expenses
• Develop meaningful variance analysis and translate it into clear, actionable narratives for senior leadership
• Partner with accounting to ensure forecast assumptions align with actuals
• Manage and develop a small team of FP&A analysts
• Build scalable reporting infrastructure as the business grows — dashboards, templates, and process improvements
• Support ad hoc financial analyses for strategic decisions (new SKUs, distribution expansion, partnerships, etc.)

• 5+ years of FP&A experience
• Time spent in the CPG world, with alcohol or beverage experience being a big plus
• Experience owning a full planning cycle
• Proficiency with Excel and Netsuite

The role will require 3-4 days/week onsite in Chicago. Candidates already living in the Greater Chicago Area will be given preference during the selection process.
