Hybrid Requirement (if within specific cities):
If the selected candidate resides near Key Bank office (non‑branch location), they are expected to work on‑site 2 days per week.

Job Summary

As an integral member of the Commercial Bank team, this role collaborates to acquire, expand, and retain business clients. The position serves as the first point of contact for customer service needs, inquiries, or problems, ensuring clients receive a full and effective client experience.

Essential Functions
  • Collaborate with partners to expand and retain business and commercial clients.
  • Own maintenance of deposit, loan and cash management services to fully meet the needs of existing clients including project completion and tracking (e.g. product/service updates and upgrades; new service level introduction/enhancements, compliance projects, etc.) and review of any existing services utilized.
  • Prepare, deliver, and review agreements.
  • Adhere to all Risk policies and procedures, including QV and Risk Testing initiatives.
  • Conduct research to support ongoing client needs.
  • Generate cross‑sell leads and participate in regular bank initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address complex client needs.
  • Make timely, risk‑aware decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Set clear objectives, define priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Analyze information from various sources to draw conclusions and develop solutions.
  • Adhere to and support Key’s compliance culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
  • Comply with all Key Bank policies and procedures, including acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients.
Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required).

Work Experience
  • 3+ years of cash management experience (required).
  • 3+ years of Commercial Banking experience (preferred).
Licenses and Certifications

Certified Cash Manager (CCM) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) (preferred).

Skills
  • Expertise in treasury/cash management products and services.
  • Understanding of client setup, maintenance, and closure of commercial deposit accounts and loan servicing, ensuring operational accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Manage service updates, compliance projects, and new service rollouts.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client needs and inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for client engagement.
  • Identify cross‑sell opportunities and contribute to bank initiatives.
  • Analyze information to resolve complex client issues.
  • Make timely, risk‑aware decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Work effectively with internal partners to support business growth.
  • Prepare, deliver, and review client agreements.
  • Set priorities and manage workload effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy and follow‑through in client support.
  • Comfortable presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Adhere to risk policies and support testing initiatives.
  • Interpret data and develop client‑focused solutions.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Physical Demands

Occasional travel to include overnight stay.

Driving Requirements

Occasionally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $69,000.00 – $ annually. Eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
