Senior Credit Analyst​/Credit Manager; Hybrid

Our client is hiring a Credit Manager for a small very successful long-term company in Chicago, downtown West Loop

• Compensation: $75-85 + bonus
• Hybrid

This is a single-owner credit seat with a 100 year old privately held company in the industrial / manufacturing space. Its a very successful long-term company which is risk-adverse, where zero debt, bad debt is a standard.

A book of 30 to 50 active customers, with AR ranging from $100,000 to $30 million.

• Set and defend credit lines; assess risk on new and existing accounts
• Run collections directly, working with the sales/trading team to resolve disputes and get invoices paid
• Full visibility into the AR book no layers between you and the decision

• 5+ years in commercial (B2B) credit and collections, with real credit-decision authority - not collections-only or transactional AR
• Comfortable owning a book with meaningful AR swing, in a hands-on process
• A track record you can speak to on keeping a book clean
