Sr. IT Project Manager - Securities, Capital Markets

We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across Securities Finance, Stock Loan, and Capital Markets. This role will drive complex business and technology projects that enhance financing capabilities, expand market access, and support institutional clients including hedge funds, mutual funds, and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Securities Finance and Stock Loan initiatives.
• Partner with Capital Markets, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Lead projects involving securities lending, stock loan, collateral management, and financing solutions.
• Drive requirements gathering, process improvements, testing, implementation, and change management.
• Oversee project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project/program management experience in Capital Markets, Securities Finance, Prime Brokerage, Asset Management, or Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of securities lending, stock loan programs, financing markets, and hedge fund operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with quantitative investment strategies and institutional investment processes.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, CFA, or related certifications preferred.
