Financial Manager, Financial Compliance, VP/Director of Finance
For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director Digital Finance Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation.
The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Food & Beverages environment.
Location:
Chicago, IL - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $232,000- $319,000 annually
- Lead the Finance Digital Core COE, shaping strategy and driving execution of global transformation programs
- Oversee design, build, and global deployment of SAP S/4
HANA and finance solutions in alignment with business strategy - Govern Record-to-Report (R2R) processes to ensure standardization, strong controls, and financial integrity
- Partner with senior finance and business leaders to influence strategy and performance improvements
- Drive end-to-end process integration and continuous improvement across finance functions
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver scalable solutions on schedule
- Anticipate regulatory and operational challenges, ensuring effective governance during deployment
- Extensive experience in leading global finance transformation programs, focusing on SAP and ERP implementations
- Deep knowledge of SAP Finance (FI/CO) and end-to-end finance processes, particularly Record-to-Report (R2R)
- Proven capability to execute large-scale transformation initiatives from design to global deployment
- Senior leadership experience influencing executives and managing complex global stakeholder relationships
- Strong understanding of finance systems related to tax, treasury, and reconciliation
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and external partners for critical business outcomes
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
