Job Overview
Merrill Wealth Management, a leading provider of comprehensive wealth management and investment products and services, seeks a Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors across the firm. This role focuses on delivering client‑centric service, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Financial Advisors, addressing all service needs.
- Provide excellent client service and educate clients on the bank’s service and banking offerings.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of client materials, and follow up on all client and FA requests.
- Assist in aligning practices with the bank’s policies and procedures to support operational excellence and risk management.
- Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting banking integration into day‑to‑day practices and communicating outcomes to the FA.
- Support day‑to‑day team activities, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases.
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 (Series 63 and 65 accepted in lieu of 66). If these licenses are not held at hiring, they must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
- Advanced industry knowledge and understanding of investment products.

Minimum:
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Shift: 1st shift (United States). Hours per week: 37.5.
Location:
110 N Wacker Dr – Bank of America Tower, Chicago, IL 60601 (on‑site work required).
Hourly pay range: $25.00 – $44.00, determined by experience, education, and skill set. Eligible for a discretionary annual incentive.
