Phillips Lytle is looking to expand our talent within our Banking & Financial Services Practice Group.

We represent and are on the approved counsel list for a wide range of financial institutions and prominent businesses, and work on transactions of all complexity from small business lending to syndicated transactions on a national and cross-border scale.

The Banking & Financial Services Practice Group seeks to hire a senior attorney (Chicago) with eight or more years of experience handling secured financial transactions, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents (i.e., loan agreements, intercreditor agreements and various loan and collateral documents including mortgages and security agreements). Ideal candidates will have portable business and a demonstrated ability to originate and maintain strong client relationships.

Annual salary range for this position is $200,000-$350,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on location, experience, volume and nature of portable business, or other job-related factors permitted by law.
