Senior Associate Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Essential Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for the borrower on behalf of the lending team as well as for parties engaged in a loan application.
• Assist in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Analyze customer's credit and financial scenario and determine appropriate loan product(s) under the guidance and review of the loan officer.
• Run credit on assigned loans.
• Pull and prep web applications and other duties, including updating credit reports and AUS findings.
• Provide support in the collection and preparation of submitting loan application with supporting documentation.
• Monitor key dates related to loan transactions and respond accordingly.
• Maintain customer and referral partner contact to ensure follow-up of loan application and answer basic customer inquiries while providing quality customer service.
• Manage assigned database, tracking active loan(s) and entering data.

Education & Years of

Experience:

• Minimum
  - High School Certificate or Equivalent
• Minimum - 3 Years of Mortgage, Mortgage Lending or Related License/Certifications/Training
• Preferred
  - Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS)

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range: $34,200.00 to $48,500.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge. Benefits:
