Financial Advisor / Consultant
The Advisor provides service to a portfolio of partners and is adept at managing partner relationships. In addition, the Advisor assists departmental leadership on cross-functional teams and organizational projects as needed. The Advisor is a strong internal voice for partners to support them in navigating Tides Systems.
The Advisor works with a Sr. Advisor to serve a portfolio of Tides’ partners, the Advisor provides exceptional service and support to ensure that partners’ objectives are met, and that those objectives reflect Tides’ mission and comply with Tides’ policies and procedures. In partnership with partners and team members, the Advisor builds and maintains relationships to support partners’ operational effectiveness.
In addition to managing a portfolio of partners, the Advisor participates in cross-functional team projects to improve internal processes, and services, and to increase organizational effectiveness to support partners.
This position is classified as part of our collective bargaining unit (SEIU 1021).
