Responsibilities
- Provide loans and grants to community businesses each month
- Fund budgeted amounts to businesses each month
- Refer businesses to Business Coaches as appropriate
- Serve entrepreneurs by listening and assessing their needs
- Propose approaches to help grow businesses
- Document assistance and plans for future support
- Resolve issues with clarity and empathy
- Attend in-person events and perform other flexible duties
- Professional Working Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Efficient time management
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication in writing and verbally
- Flexible collaboration in a diverse environment
- Belief in A4CB’s vision and mission
- Community development experience (preferred)
- Small business lending experience (preferred)
- Small business coaching experience (preferred)
- Client service experience (preferred)
Demonstrates expertise in community development and small business lending, with a strong focus on client service and effective communication. Proficient in Spanish, capable of addressing diverse business needs through creative problem‑solving and flexible collaboration.
