Bilingual Community Lender, Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide loans and grants to community businesses each month
• Fund budgeted amounts to businesses each month
• Refer businesses to Business Coaches as appropriate
• Serve entrepreneurs by listening and assessing their needs
• Propose approaches to help grow businesses
• Document assistance and plans for future support
• Resolve issues with clarity and empathy
• Attend in-person events and perform other flexible duties

• Professional Working Proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Efficient time management
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication in writing and verbally
• Flexible collaboration in a diverse environment

• Community development experience (preferred)
• Small business lending experience (preferred)
• Small business coaching experience (preferred)

Demonstrates expertise in community development and small business lending, with a strong focus on client service and effective communication. Proficient in Spanish, capable of addressing diverse business needs through creative problem‑solving and flexible collaboration.
