Senior Advisor, Anti-Corruption
The Senior Advisor, Anti-Corruption is an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Ethical Culture and Anti-Corruption. The Senior Advisor supports the development, implementation, and ongoing oversight of the enterprise Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Program. The role provides practical, risk-based advice to business partners, leads risk assessments, manages complex matters, and helps ensure the organization meets applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and regulatory expectations.
The Senior Advisor is a key subject matter expert and partner to business lines, corporate functions, Compliance, Legal, Risk, and other areas of the Ethics team, including Conduct Risk, Conflicts, and Speaking Up.

Qualifications:
- Typically 7 or more years of relevant experience in legal, compliance, risk, or a similar senior advisory role, with demonstrated experience translating regulatory or policy expectations into practical outcomes; post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to provide independent, risk-based advice and influence outcomes at senior levels.
- Advanced analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written, verbal, executive-level communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and complex stakeholder relationships while operating independently and collaborating effectively across teams.
- Strong knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption legislation, regulatory expectations, and industry practices is an asset.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Copilot is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of BMO products, services, and operating groups are assets.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
