What You Will DoLead a team of Baker Tilly and client resources through strategy definition, future state visioning, target operating model, roadmap development and delivery of transformation projects which may include business process and/or technology implementations

Utilize finance, accounting, industry, and operational knowledge to assist clients in transforming their organization to align with strategic goals, establish target operating models in alignment to industry standards and benchmarks. Lead the build and definition of operational metrics, roles and responsibilities and organizational structures to support.
