Kelly has a direct hire Finance Manager position in Willowbrook, IL. This position will ensure the availability of financial resources, developing effective financial and tax strategies, and satisfying accounting, reporting, and statutory obligations to support the business operations in the US & Canada.   • nt Oversee US & Canada’s financial resources; maintain robust cash flow controls in conjunction with the Regional Treasur
  • y.Lead efforts to minimize payment terms, overdue trade receivables, and bad debt by steering the credit and collection committee and managing collection agencie
  • s.Partner with the Credit Manager to assess clients’ financial stability and establish suitable credit limit
  • s.Oversee trade accounts payable and collaborate with the AME Treasury Manager to ensure optimal working capital performance, including DSO, DPO, and DIO metric

  • ng Assist in building and managing budgets according to the strategic direction and input from the AME Business Controller, adhering to deadlines and standardized template
  • s.Help identify and analyze variances between budgets and actual performance, introducing corrective or preventive measures to enhance the region’s financial outcomes (revenues, costs, opex, capex
  • ).Promote best practices by supporting key PLI AMERICAS financial processes and KPIs, optimizing resources, and mitigating operational risk
s.3. Accounting & Tax
  • es Direct and execute all accounting tasks in compliance with local and international standards, including IFR
