Position Overview:
The Finance & Operations Manager will serve as a key member of the organization, overseeing day-to-day finance, accounting, treasury, and operational activities across multiple entities. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity, managing external partners, and driving critical business initiatives. The role offers broad exposure to accounting, corporate finance, compliance, and operational process improvement.

Requirements:
- Manage cash, banking relationships, and treasury activities to ensure adequate liquidity and efficient capital management.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and monthly financial reporting processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting for leadership.
- Manage tax filings, annual audits, and relationships with external accounting, tax, and advisory firms.
- Maintain compliance with financial reporting requirements, internal controls, and regulatory obligations.
- Lead operational initiatives, vendor management, contract administration, and cross-functional process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, corporate finance, operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting, and cash flow planning.
- Experience working within multi-entity organizations or complex corporate structures preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred.
