Mars is seeking a Director of Commercial Finance to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and strategic initiatives across the MSNA portfolio (Confectionery, Salty, AFH and Canada). This role partners with the SVP, Commercial NA to drive performance and informed decision making.
You will own procurement/commercial finance outcomes, manage inflation analysis, long-term planning, and VL/synergy initiatives, influencing cross-functional teams with strong financial acumen and strategic thinking.
