Senior Associate – Global Payment Network Controls Testing Specialist

• Perform assessment analysis of requirements, risks, and controls against existing processes
• Develop and execute testing and reporting procedures
• Understand and communicate complex processes and their alignment to risks and policy/regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain client relations during testing engagements
• Create and deliver verbal and written communications between business partners
• Assist in planning and executing Global Payment Network control assessments
• Manage testing schedules to ensure tasks and reporting are completed within established time frames
• Obtain and analyze test data from multiple sources while following testing protocols and leveraging job aids
• Systematically retain documents substantiating test results
• Submit test results in the system of record
• Assist in communicating results to business areas and Credit Risk Management leadership

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in audit, controls testing, or related review activities
• Preferred:
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
• Experience communicating test findings to internal or external stakeholders
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and assessing risk-mitigating activities
• Preferred:
  At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management
