AVP Finance, FP&A – Wintrust Wealth Management

Job Summary

The AVP Finance, FP&A, is a financial partner within the Wintrust Wealth Management accounting and finance organization that assists the CFO in providing financial perspective to operational aspects of the business.

• Establish, monitor and report on business line KPIs to WWM leadership and corporate stakeholders.
• Streamline and manage internal modeling for financial advisor recruitment, incentive compensation, and acquisitions through partnership with relevant parties.
• Own budgeting and forecasting exercises, developing baseline assumptions, collaborating with business line leaders on inputs, and delivering related operating and financial metrics.
• Provide internal consulting for business initiatives including report automation, technology improvements, process redesign, and platform, product, and channel analysis.

• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; finance major preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel skills.
