Role SummaryThe Control Specialist provides oversight and support for the operational control environment within the Global Family Office practice, identifying risks and proposing solutions to strengthen processes.
Key Responsibilities- Implement control frameworks and maintain adherence to best practices;
- conduct risk assessments and evaluate preventative/detective controls;
- support risk-based testing to identify issues early;
- assist with thematic reviews ensuring control effectiveness;
- verify policies and procedures comply with standards and regulations;
- communicate findings and enhancement recommendations to management;
- support control programs including Audit Remediation and ATP Standards;
- and foster a strong risk-management culture.
- College/University degree preferred;
- 7+ years of Risk & Control experience required;
- financial-services background;
- strong verbal and written communication;
- attention to detail and ability to build consensus.
