Downtown Chicago | Hybrid We're partnered with a well-established privately held investment and operating company seeking a Finance Manager to join its corporate finance team. This highly visible role offers exposure to a diversified portfolio of businesses and investments while partnering closely with finance leadership on reporting, financial modeling, strategic analysis, and decision support.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting across a diverse group of operating businesses and investments.
- Develop executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Build and maintain financial models supporting strategic initiatives, capital planning, and business growth.
- Analyze operating performance, cash flow trends, and investment returns to support leadership decision-making.
- Support long-range planning, scenario analysis, and enterprise-wide forecasting activities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Perform ad hoc financial analyses related to investments, business performance, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on special projects and key business initiatives.
- 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related experience.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience developing scalable reporting solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a lean, entrepreneurial finance environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior leadership.
- Experience supporting multiple business units, investments, or complex organizations is highly preferred.
- CPA or advanced finance/accounting credentials are a plus.
- Broad exposure across a diversified portfolio of businesses and investments.
- Direct interaction with senior leadership and key decision-makers.

Hybrid work environment. - Downtown Chicago location.
- Initial in-office onboarding period followed by a hybrid schedule.
- Base salary: $130,000 - $150,000
