CLA is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice. You will lead complex tax due diligence, structuring, modeling, and related engagements for acquisitions and dispositions by private equity groups, family offices, and strategic buyers.
This role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 10+ years of federal/state/international tax experience, and a CPA license (JD or EA may be accepted in lieu).
