Product Manager, Credit and Data Platform

We have a massive opportunity ahead of us – to scale the company’s financial products by 10x using our rich data, ushering in the next phase of growth for the company. the company has built a Financial OS spanning Banking, Issuing, and Capital, powered by our unified global platform, banking licenses, and dynamic identity data. We are looking for a Product Leader to build and scale the Credit and Data Platform which will be foundational for the company’s next generation Financial Products.

This is a high impact and high visibility role based in San Francisco and part of the Financial Products team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about financial technology, thinks data-first, and is excited about the company’s opportunity to grow its financial products business by 10x in the next 2-5  this role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the platform that will power the company’s financial products.

This is a high-ownership role with responsibility for delivering complex functionality to multiple the company product teams while carefully balancing risk. You will collaborate closely with our Product, Commercial, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to build a best-in-class credit and data platform that will serve products used by the biggest brands in the world.

What you’ll do
  • Set vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Credit and Data Platform team including data services, third party integrations, credit underwriting, servicing and collections.
  • Lead platform-scale execution working closely with the Engineering, Product, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Regulatory, and Compliance teams to deliver a unified credit and data platform, simplify fragmented systems, and scale globally without compromising reliability or trust.
  • Operate with a data and experimentation first mindset defining success metrics including credit volume, credit risk, platform scalability, and operational efficiency. Foster a strong culture of AI-based tooling and experimentation that measurably improves outcomes.
  • Build and develop a world-class team of product managers across San Francisco, Amsterdam, and Chicago. Set high standards for product craft, clarity of thinking, and ownership and strengthen the company’s product bench in San Francisco.
Who you are
  • Experience - 10+ years of experience in credit & data products within a fast growing fintech environment. 3+ years of experience building credit products.
  • Execution - track record of delivering complex product and platform initiatives fortable operating in ambiguity with high autonomy and ownership.
  • Customer centric:
    You are able to translate technical complexity back to customer impact and understand the needs of different customers.
  • Product - PM at heart with strong product instincts, data-based decision mindset, and highly focused on business impact. Demonstrated passion for AI-forward thinking.
  • Leadership - demonstrated ability of setting vision and strategy for teams. Led teams of at least 3+ PMs. Strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.
  • Communication - a clear, compelling communicator who influences senior leadership and is comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders from varying disciplines and cultures.
  • Mindset - entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias toward action and ability to move fast in the midst of ambiguity.

* The annual base salary range for this role is $258,00 - $348,000 in San Francisco and $235,00 - $317,000 in Chicago, plus RSUs; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here
