  • Lead matrixed execution across Finance, Credit, Marketing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, and other partners to design, launch, enhance, and scale unsecured lending capabilities.
  • Own the full business lifecycle from concept and design through launch, commercialization, optimization, ongoing portfolio management, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with Credit and Risk to ensure credit strategies, underwriting approaches, line management practices, approvals, losses, and portfolio quality are aligned with business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Monitor, analyze, synthesize, and report on financial, credit, operational, member, and market performance metrics to inform strategic decisions, identify performance drivers, and improve outcomes.
  • Design, compile, and present a business performance scorecard that provides clear, actionable visibility into credit card portfolio performance, financial outcomes, credit trends, operational execution, member engagement, and progress against strategic goals.
  • Lead go-to-market, positioning, and promotional strategies that support sustainable growth, member engagement, and market competitiveness.
