Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago is seeking a Loan Originator to originate NHS/NLS loan programs and pre-qualify prospective home buyers. You will market products, schedule interviews, and coordinate with the Loan Specialist for processing.
The ideal candidate has outside mortgage sales experience, holds a State LO license or will obtain it within 45 days, and can travel with a valid driver's license. In-office schedule is required with occasional evenings/weekends.
