South State Bank is seeking a Government Guaranteed Lending Loan Closing Team Lead to supervise a team of loan closers and to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant SBA 7a closing activities. The role includes hands-on closing of loans, mentoring staff, and maintaining procedures in line with bank and SBA SOPs.
You will train specialists, manage workflows, and coordinate with legal counsel while staying current on regulatory changes and internal policies.
