We are seeking a Director of FP&A to build and lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics function. This person will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and cross-functional leaders, providing the financial insights needed to make smarter decisions around growth, profitability, customer acquisition, product expansion, and channel strategy.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in high-growth CPG and omnichannel businesses, with a strong understanding of DTC, subscriptions, retail/wholesale, customer acquisition economics, CAC/LTV, retention, and contribution margin.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the company's annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly financial planning processes.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models across DTC, subscription, retail, wholesale, and other omnichannel revenue streams.
- Develop and monitor key growth and profitability metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention, churn, conversion, AOV, contribution margin, payback periods, and customer cohorts.
- Partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate customer acquisition spend, channel efficiency, marketing ROI, and overall unit economics.
- Analyze subscription performance, including subscriber growth, retention, churn, reactivation, cohort behavior, and lifetime value.
- Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to evaluate retail expansion, wholesale opportunities, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and channel profitability.
- Develop scenario analyses and financial models to support new product launches, market expansion, pricing decisions, and strategic investments.
- Provide executive leadership with clear, actionable insights into business performance, risks, opportunities, and forward-looking trends.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of the health and trajectory of the business.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Lead monthly financial reviews and communicate results and key drivers to senior leadership.
- Build scalable FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and analytical capabilities as the company continues to grow.
- Support strategic initiatives, fundraising, M&A, and other corporate development activities as needed.
- Develop and mentor FP&A team members as the organization scales.
- 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, ideally within high-growth CPG, consumer, ecommerce, or subscription businesses.
- Strong experience managing omnichannel business models, including DTC/ecommerce, subscriptions, and retail/wholesale.
- Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, retention, churn, contribution margin, and customer economics.
- Demonstrated ability to connect customer and commercial metrics to financial performance.
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities with exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with modern BI/analytics tools is a plus.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, and executive leadership.
- Highly analytical, but equally strong at communicating financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
