With a rapidly expanding customer base and a growing omnichannel presence, the company is entering an exciting stage of scale and is looking for a finance leader who can help shape the next phase of growth.

High-growth, mission-driven brand:
Join a company helping consumers feel healthier while building a category-defining consumer brand.

Real impact on the business:
This is a highly visible role where your analysis and recommendations will directly influence growth, profitability, customer acquisition, and strategic decision-making.

We are seeking a Director of FP&A to build and lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analytics function. This person will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team and cross-functional leaders, providing the financial insights needed to make smarter decisions around growth, profitability, customer acquisition, product expansion, and channel strategy.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in high-growth CPG and omnichannel businesses, with a strong understanding of DTC, subscriptions, retail/wholesale, customer acquisition economics, CAC/LTV, retention, and contribution margin.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a fast-paced environment, building processes from the ground up, and turning complex data into clear recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's annual budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and monthly financial planning processes.
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models across DTC, subscription, retail, wholesale, and other omnichannel revenue streams.
  • Develop and monitor key growth and profitability metrics, including CAC, LTV, retention, churn, conversion, AOV, contribution margin, payback periods, and customer cohorts.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Growth teams to evaluate customer acquisition spend, channel efficiency, marketing ROI, and overall unit economics.
  • Analyze subscription performance, including subscriber growth, retention, churn, reactivation, cohort behavior, and lifetime value.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to evaluate retail expansion, wholesale opportunities, pricing, promotions, trade spend, and channel profitability.
  • Develop scenario analyses and financial models to support new product launches, market expansion, pricing decisions, and strategic investments.
  • Provide executive leadership with clear, actionable insights into business performance, risks, opportunities, and forward-looking trends.
  • Establish meaningful KPIs and dashboards that give leadership a real-time view of the health and trajectory of the business.
  • Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate monthly reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Lead monthly financial reviews and communicate results and key drivers to senior leadership.
  • Build scalable FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, and analytical capabilities as the company continues to grow.
  • Support strategic initiatives, fundraising, M&A, and other corporate development activities as needed.
  • Develop and mentor FP&A team members as the organization scales.
What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, ideally within high-growth CPG, consumer, ecommerce, or subscription businesses.
  • Strong experience managing omnichannel business models, including DTC/ecommerce, subscriptions, and retail/wholesale.
  • Deep understanding of CAC, LTV, cohort analysis, retention, churn, contribution margin, and customer economics.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect customer and commercial metrics to financial performance.
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities with exceptional Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with modern BI/analytics tools is a plus.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Operations, and executive leadership.
