This role will manage and drive the deal and integration process across all phases of engagement - due diligence, planning, executing and closing to deliver outstanding integration related activity, including (but not limited to) the following:
- Tax due diligence and operational discovery
- Acquisition structuring (domestic and US international)
- Tax integration step plan development and US international restructuring
- Project planning related to Tax matters
- Collaborate with cross functional integration teams
- Utilize project management templates to ensure structured tax approach and timely execution
- Prepare gap analysis and risk assessment documentation
- Provide Tax expertise to cross-functional teams in order to ensure successful acquisition and integration of the target company into mainstream tax processes
