Senior Agency Closer

BMO Financial is seeking a Senior Agency Closer to lead complex loan closings in our Finance & Insurance business. In this role, you will manage end-to-end closing for consumer and commercial lending, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely funding. You will collaborate closely with sales, underwriting, legal, and external partners to resolve issues, mitigate risk, and deliver a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end closing of complex consumer and commercial loans and lines of credit
• Review, prepare, and verify all closing documents for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate with sales, underwriting, legal, title, and escrow partners to ensure timely funding
• Identify and mitigate documentation, credit, and operational risks before closing
• Provide closing guidance and issue resolution support to internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintain detailed records in loan origination and CRM systems in line with regulatory standards
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and internal lending policies and procedures
• Support process improvements, best practices, and training for junior closers
• Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience aligned with BMO values
