Company Overview
As part of an authorized strategic partnership and business expansion plan, we are establishing a new subsidiary focused on blockchain technology, digital asset infrastructure, and short-term options trading. The subsidiary is currently in the organization and operational preparation phase and is building its senior management team.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the new subsidiary's financial strategy and financial infrastructure development. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and senior management team and play a key role in financial planning, capital management, risk control, regulatory compliance, and establishing the subsidiary's financial functions.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the subsidiary's financial and capital strategies.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
Be responsible for cash flow, treasury, working capital, and capital allocation.
Establish accounting, reporting, auditing, and internal control systems.
Work with qualified legal and compliance professionals to address applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
Develop a financial risk management framework applicable to digital asset and trading operations.
Manage relationships with authorized banks and financial institutions.
Assess the financial impact of blockchain and digital asset initiatives.
Recruit and develop the finance and accounting team.
Provide financial advice and reporting to the CEO and senior management team.
Qualifications:15+ years of finance-related work experience, including significant senior leadership experience.
Preferred candidates have held positions such as Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, VP of Finance, or equivalent.
Proficient in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, auditing, and risk management. Prior experience in financial services, fintech, regulated trading, digital assets, or blockchain is preferred.
Strong analytical, leadership, and strategic decision-making abilities.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
CPA, CFA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
