The Operational Risk and Control Assurance (ORCA) team is responsible for strengthening Trans Union's risk management framework by ensuring key business processes have effective controls in place to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate operational risks. Reporting to the Operational Risk Manager within the Risk Assurance organization, this team partners across the business to support risk assessments, control testing, incident reviews, and continuous improvement of the enterprise risk management program.

This role reports to Director of Risk Management. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

• Execute activities within the Operational Risk and Control Assurance (ORCA) Program, supporting Trans Union's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Develop and maintain control testing methodologies, testing scripts, and testing protocols for key operational controls.
• Perform control testing activities, including review of supporting evidence to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
• Identify control gaps, weaknesses, or improvement opportunities and partner with stakeholders to strengthen risk mitigation efforts.
• Support investigations following operational incidents or risk events and assist in designing enhanced controls where necessary.
• Analyze risk, control, and testing results and present findings to business stakeholders and risk leadership.
