My client, a Boutique Private Equity firm is looking for a Senior Fund Finance Associate to join their expanding team. Our client works on a hybrid basis in downtown Chicago, offers competitive compensation, comprehensive health, PTO and retirement benefits.
Responsibilities- Conduct due diligence on fund managers and support investment recommendations
- Analyze audited financial statements and operational processes
- Prepare research reports, Investment Committee memos, and meeting documentation
- Review legal and regulatory documents (e.g., offering memorandums, Form ADVs)
- Evaluate back-office operations, controls, and pricing procedures
- Track and organize data to support team efficiency
- Assist with manager meetings, onsite visits, and follow-up reporting
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2-5 years experience in public accounting (fund audit) or financial services
- Exposure to alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Financial Services) preferred
- CPA or CFA (or pursuing) is a plus
