Tax Manager

A publicly traded financial services company is looking for a tax manager to join the team. There is a ton of opportunity to get involved in all areas of tax.

This role includes the following:

• High-impact tax leadership role: Partner directly with the Director of Tax to help oversee U.S. tax accounting, compliance, and reporting functions within a highly respected global investment organization.
• Broad technical exposure: Lead quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision
  , uncertain tax position analysis, 10-Q/10-K disclosures, U.S. income tax compliance, and tax SOX controls—providing significant visibility across the Finance organization.
• Strategic tax opportunities: Go beyond compliance by supporting tax planning, incentives, legal entity changes, reorganizations, and M&A activities
  , including due diligence and purchase accounting considerations.
• Technology & process improvement focus: Play a key role in modernizing the tax function through automation, AI, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, and other technology solutions designed to improve efficiency and scalability.
