Tax Senior Manager, M&A Real Estate

We are seeking a tax professional to join our Business Tax Services practice, specializing in structuring multinational private equity real estate investments, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions, and IPOs.
Responsibilities include analyzing tax impacts, drafting opinions and memos, developing structure illustrations, reviewing tax documents, and collaborating with global practice groups.
The role requires leading multiple engagements, supervising teams, and ensuring high-quality client service while managing engagement risks.
For senior roles, additional duties involve managing engagement risks, financial performance, billing, and team growth opportunities.
Qualifications: a minimum of five years’ experience in partnership, M&A, or federal tax planning, with a bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications (CPA, EA, JD/LLM). Proven ability to manage client engagements, deepen client relationships, and work with domestic and international tax laws is essential.
Strong research, communication, and team leadership skills are required. Senior managers should have at least eight years’ experience in similar roles.
