Our client is actively seeking multiple Asset Securitization Associates (2-6 years of experience) to join its nationally recognized Structured Finance practice. The team is open to candidates with direct securitization experience as well as associates from broader finance, lending, corporate, or securities practices who are interested in developing a specialized asset finance practice.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team that advises financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients on complex structured finance and securitization transactions. Notably, several leaders within the practice began their careers in other finance disciplines, making this an attractive transition opportunity for candidates with a strong finance foundation.
