DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities:
Foster an environment that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by promoting a culture of exceptional guest service, teamwork, and operational excellence.
Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, partnering with accounting and operational leaders to support business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and distribute key performance indicators (KPIs), financial models, management reports, and operating metrics to evaluate business performance.
Monitor financial results, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities that may impact future performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve profitability.
Perform variance analysis against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year results, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, scenario modeling, labor and productivity reporting, and other ad hoc analyses.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
Lead, coach, and develop finance team members through training, performance management, and professional development while performing other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands:
- Requires the ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Requires manual dexterity to operate a keyboard and standard office equipment.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Work is primarily performed in an office environment within a gaming and entertainment facility.
- The work environment may include exposure to bright lights, elevated noise levels, and other conditions associated with a casino and entertainment venue.

Qualifications EducationRequired
Bachelors or better in Accounting.
Bachelors or better in Finance.
ExperienceRequired
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels are required
Must have a demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
Must have superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
Must have extensive knowledge of systems used to process, present, and analyze data
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required
Experience developing financial reports, metrics, and models is required
General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operating principles is required
3 years:3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles within the casino industry
Must have a bachelor’s degree in the field of finance or accounting
Must have a ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must be 21 years of age or older
