- Partner with Technology and Finance leaders to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support
- Lead and support Business Unit Financial Reporting & Analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Financial Modeling, and Special Projects
- Analyze spending trends, identify risks and opportunities, and develop actionable insights for management
- Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and presentations
- Contribute to special projects and strategic initiatives, including business cases, investment analyses, and productivity opportunities
- Support the Global Technology Services Power BI environment, including maintenance of existing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models
- Design and develop new Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics
- Drive automation, reporting enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Broad financial and accounting knowledge and business acumen
- Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and build relationships across a matrix structure and with a diverse management team
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Demonstrates expertise in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Forecasting, with a strong ability to prepare executive-level reports and dashboards using Power BI. Proven track record in driving process improvements and providing actionable insights to support strategic initiatives.
