The team supports private equity firms, corporations, and other stakeholders through the entire transaction lifecycle. The Senior Managing Director - Financial Due Diligence is a senior executive role responsible for originating, leading, and delivering complex financial due diligence engagements.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong personal brand in the M&A advisory space, a proven track record of generating $2-$4 million or more in annual revenue, and deep relationships across private equity firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams. Key responsibilities include originating and leading financial due diligence engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, leading buy-side and sell-side due diligence efforts including quality of earnings and working capital analysis, developing and maintaining strong relationships with private equity firms and investment banks, and overseeing multiple engagements simultaneously.
Candidates should have extensive M&A due diligence experience, strong PE client relationships, and proven revenue generation capabilities.
