This is a hybrid position, but candidate may choose to work at ICJIA’s downtown Chicago office during the agency’s regular business hours Monday thru Friday (8:30 A.M.
- 5:00 P.M.) pending availability.
This is a full-time position. The selected candidate must work 37.5 hours per week. The selected candidate will start as soon as possible.

POSITION POSTING/MARKETING STATEMENTInformation in this statement is NOT intended to be all-encompassing or to address all responsibilities of the position.
This position provides fiscal and administrative support for the R3 (Restore, Reinvest, Renew) program. The contractor will assist with processing grant-funded contracts and payments, ensuring compliance with State fiscal requirements and supporting timely program operations. The role works closely with internal fiscal and grants units to address workload demands and maintain accurate and efficient grant administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, public administration, or a related field.
