Job summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of compliance management and compliance-related initiatives in coordination with department leadership. Coordinate the development and submittal of required grant compliance reporting. Ensure timely distribution of compliance information to key internal and external stakeholders. Provide advisement and technical assistance on grant compliance requirements. Serve as programmatic liaison to funders, as appropriate. Identify compliance issues or gaps and coordinate with other functional areas to develop and implement corrective measures as appropriate and ensure adherence to grant guidance policies.
Minimum qualifications
* graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and
* two (2) years of experience in finance, compliance, or directly related experience or
* an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.

* degrees awarded outside of the united states with the exception of those awarded in one of the united states territories and canada, must be credentialed by either the world education services (wes) or educational credential evaluators (ece).

Physical requirements:
Sedentary work involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
