Job Description

Coin Flip is a global digital currency platform focused on providing consumers simple, secure access to buy and sell cryptocurrency. We operate the world’s largest network of cryptocurrency kiosks by transaction volume, with more than 5,500 kiosks across 49 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, Panama, Brazil, Mexico, and Spain. Our digital currency kiosks enable consumers who wish to purchase digital currency using cash.

• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the organization.
• Develop and implement advocacy strategies to influence government policies and decisions.
• Represent the organization in meetings, hearings, and public forums with government officials.
• Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align organizational objectives with governmental policies.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in government interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, policymakers, and stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in government relations, public policy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of legislative processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze complex policy issues and develop strategic responses.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant research tools.

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
• General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.

Annual base salary: $85,000 – $110,000 based on experience level.
