Data Governance Under the direction of the Data and Informatics Bureau Chief, serves as the department's subject matter expert for data governance, providing guidance for the responsible management and use of public health data. Leads data stewardship and ownership models, transitioning the organization from data silos to shared accountability. Performs a full range of highly responsible administrative and managerial functions as head of the Division of Data Governance, including staff supervision, operational planning, and performance management.

Manages, directs, controls and evaluates the Division's grant programs. Serves as the Division's full line supervisor.

Essential Functions Under the direction of the Data and Informatics Bureau Chief, serves as the department's lead subject matter expert for data governance, providing guidance for the responsible management and use of public health data. Performs a full range of highly responsible administrative and managerial functions as head of the Division of Data Governance, including staff supervision, operational planning, and performance management.

Manages, directs, controls and evaluates the Division's grant programs. Serves as full line supervisor. Coordinates the Division's legislative program. Plans and organizes the division's budget and makes appropriate fiscal recommendations. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
