Salon Sales Rep – Cool Beauty Consulting

Are you passionate about the professional beauty industry and driven by success? Cool Beauty Consulting, a premier distributor of luxury haircare brands, seeks dynamic, motivated High-End Sales Consultants to expand and elevate our salon partnerships in Chicago.

• Initiate strategic B2B cold calls to prospective hair salons and barbershops
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain professional relationships with salon owners and stylists
• Confidently present our portfolio of premium beauty brands and solutions
• Successfully open new accounts and manage territory growth with a consultative approach
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within luxury, beauty, or professional salon markets
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with outstanding organization and follow-through capabilities
• A polished, professional demeanor and passion for excellence
• Ability to travel locally and manage your territory independently
