We are in need of a passionate and experienced Nail Technician to add to our talented team!

Lena Rose Beauty is a luxury spa specializing in all holistic services. We do not provide any acrylic or artificial services and use the best organic products!

We desire to see a world where slow, clean, and sustainable beauty IS the standard of beauty—that all beauty companies will use only good ingredients and packaging to better the health of humans and our planet home.

Job Type: Full-Time preferred (will consider part-time for the right person)

Location: Lincoln Square, Chicago and Naperville, IL

Compensation: Hourly + Rose Rate (our commission and performance system) We are a non-tipping salon to provide a stable, secure work environment for our team so they don't rely on tips.

We're hiring full-time Nail Technicians and looking for someone who wants to grow with us — not just clock in.

What You'll Do

• Perform our full menu of manicure and pedicure services:
  Classic, Dazzle Dry, Gel, Nail Art, Chakra Mani & Pedi, Little Lena Services, GelX Extensions, Fire & Ice Pedicure, and Sole Revive Pedicures
• Lead thoughtful client consultations centered on nail health (not just polish)
• Recommend at least one retail product per client (goal: two)
• Rebook every guest before checkout
• Maintain a photo-ready, sanitary, fully reset station between every client
• Use proper PPE for every removal — dust collector + face mask, no exceptions
• Help promote Lena Rose at markets, community events, and in the neighborhood

Who You Are

• 2+ years salon or spa experience (preferred)
• Existing book of clients (a beautiful bonus)
• You believe nail health comes first — polish is the celebration, not the priority
• You have hustle: you build a book, you network, and you ask for the rebook and the retail sale
• You see slow mornings as opportunities to clean, train, post, or introduce yourself in the neighborhood
• You want to grow with a brand that's expanding — not just collect a paycheck
• You're kind, drama-free, and ready to be part of a small, close team
• Available evenings and weekends
