The Part‑Time Esthetician is a key member of our team dedicated to delivering exceptional facial treatments and skincare services. As an Esthetician at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, you will provide luxury‑standard care, promote wellness, and maintain a pristine spa environment.

• Provide professional and personalized facial treatments to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
• Perform additional aesthetic services such as hair removal, following spa standards and guest preferences.
• Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend retail products to enhance results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms and staff lounges.
• Set up, operate, and clean facial equipment (steamers, high‑frequency devices, depilatory heaters, sterilizers).
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies and manage product and linens inventory.
• Use the appointment booking system to schedule and manage services efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure seamless spa operations.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on spa protocols and industry trends.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies.

• National certification or license as an Esthetician/Facialist.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a certified luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain all facial equipment to the highest standards.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments while standing or leaning over clients and lift supplies as needed.
